Zhenyue 510 is an enterprise SSD Controller chip, Zhenyue 510 provides IO processing capability of 3400 Kilo IOs per second, data bandwidth of 14Gbytes/s, and extremely high energy efficiency of 420Kilo IO per second every Watt.

Benefit from self-developed hardware and firmware architecture, Zhenyue 510 achieves optimal energy efficiency while getting performance breakthroughs through software and hardware collaborative design. The powerful LDPC(Low-Density Parity Check) algorithm developed by T-Head enables the extremely high coding efficiency approaching the Shannon limit, meanwhile greatly improves the error correction performance with BER 10^-18. Zhenyue 510 integrates software-hardware collaborative media application algorithm which could accurately predict the voltage-drifting of the media causing by wearing/temperature/disturb, and accordingly adjusts read-voltage before reading data from media, thus greatly improves the long-tail latency and provides highly consistent performance experience for the application.
